Users must provide accurate age information when creating or using a Sync account. Accounts identified as belonging to individuals under 18 may be restricted or removed.
Our Child Safety Standards

Users must not use Sync to:

Enforcement
Users who violate these child safety standards may have their accounts restricted, suspended, or permanently removed from Sync.
We review reported safety concerns and may take appropriate action based on the circumstances of a report and applicable requirements.
Where required by applicable law, Sync may cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies or government authorities.
How to Report a Child Safety Concern
Users can report inappropriate accounts, content, or behavior through the reporting features available within the Sync app.
Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or other risks to minors are treated as serious safety concerns and may be reviewed for appropriate action.
When submitting a report, provide enough information to help identify the relevant account, content, or incident where possible.
Blocking and User Safety
Sync may provide blocking and reporting features that allow users to take action when they encounter unwanted, suspicious, abusive, or potentially unsafe behavior.
Users should report serious safety concerns rather than attempting to investigate potentially dangerous activity themselves.
